Back in May, I helped at a karate club fundraiser and was outside in the sun all day for the first time in MONTHS. I wasn't wearing sunscreen. My ass got BURNT. I now have a stupid tan line showing the neckline of my top and a silhouette of the necklace I was wearing all day. It looks blinking retarded.

So I've been taking pictures of other things! My goal is to edit my photos less, so you're seeing these...

...in their pure, unaltered state. Photomanip is cool and creates some nice effects (or helps if you don't know a damn thing about proper light balance, like moi, dhurrr).... But I want to actually start thinking about these things (not only subject matter). So, no more rapid-fire shooting stuff and going, "meh, I'll just edit is later if it sucks."

I know I've been away for a bit. Busy, you know. I'm thinking about dressing up as my FrankenBetty (computer) for halloween. Random thought. Don't know how I'm gonna do it.
